Getting a new phone does not cancel your subscription. In almost every case, it just needs to be reconnected.Subscriptions are managed by the Apple App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android), not by the app itself. Make sure your new phone is signed into the same Apple ID or Google account that was originally used to purchase your subscription.Once that's confirmed, sign into the app using the same sign-in method you originally used (such as Sign in with Appleor Sign in with Google). This reconnects your app to your account and allows your subscription and data to be recognized.If your subscription still isn't recognized after checking both of those items, I'm happy to help.

If you sign in using a different method, the app will create a new, empty account because it has no way of knowing it's you.Your subscription may still be recognized, but it can look like all of your dogs, events, and history are gone because you're signed into a different account.
