From Course Map to Study List
In Seconds

Before a Rally run, time feels compressed and attention is already divided.

Flipping through all of the signs just to find just the ones on your course is nerve-racking. And manually creating a course sign list adds another unwanted task — and another opportunity for a sign number or sequence to be entered incorrectly.

Now a Rally Course Pro map can become an interactive My Rally Coach study list almost instantly.

Scan the QR code, choose your level when the map contains a combined course, save, and begin reviewing the exact signs you are about to run.

No flipping. No scrolling. No typing. No dictation. No transcription errors.

How It Works:

  • Open My Courses in My Rally Coach

  • Choose Scan Course QR

  • Scan the code printed on the
    Rally Course Pro map

  • Choose the appropriate level when prompted

  • Save the course and review every sign in order

Want QR-enabled course maps
at your next class or trial?

Ask your instructors and judges to create their course maps with Rally Course Pro and include the My Rally Coach QR code. Then everyone using the map can scan the course, save the correct level, and begin studying the complete sign sequence in seconds.

A Natural Collaboration

Two Visions.
One Shared Love of Rally.

When I first reached out to Kathy Patterson, it was because I saw a natural connection between Rally Course Pro and My Rally Coach.

Rally Course Pro helps people create clear, useful course maps. My Rally Coach helps competitors study and understand the signs on those maps. Putting the two together seemed like an obvious way to make preparing for a Rally course easier.

What I didn’t know when I contacted Kathy was how similar the stories behind our products would be.

Neither of us began with the technical knowledge to create what we ultimately built. We each started with a vision for something that didn’t yet exist in the way we believed it could — and with a deep personal connection to Rally. We learned what we needed to learn, solved one problem after another, and turned those ideas into tools for the community we love.

That shared perspective made this collaboration remarkably natural. We weren’t trying to force two unrelated products together. We were looking at the same part of the Rally experience from two different directions — and the pieces simply fit.

Seeing the first Rally Course Pro map become a complete, interactive My Rally Coach study list in seconds was genuinely exciting. Something that had previously required time, concentration, and careful selection became effortless: scan, save, and study.

This is exactly the kind of improvement both of us hoped to create when we began building our products. Rally Course Pro and My Rally Coach remain independent tools, but together they can make Rally a little easier, more approachable, and more enjoyable for instructors, judges, students, and exhibitors.
