Assignments
The whole engagement, together
A judging assignment can involve several events, multiple days, and arrangements that apply to the entire trip. Assignments brings those pieces together, helping you keep track of what you agreed to, what you’re judging, and what the club owes you.
Keep the agreement close
Record the host club, assignment dates, payment contact, and agreement notes. Attach the contract so you can refer back to the arrangements whenever a question comes up.
Bring related events together
Group the Rally and Obedience events covered by the assignment. See each event’s date, assigned classes, and fees in the overview, then open the event for its preparation details and judging records. A weekend with several events stays organized under one engagement.
Account for shared costs once
Record lodging, mileage, and other expenses that cover the whole assignment. Specify whether the club pays directly or reimburses you, and record any agreed reimbursement limits. Keep actual costs and reimbursable amounts visible so you can see what you spent and what you should receive.
Keep your agreed fees intact
Save the fees agreed for this assignment. Later changes to your standard rate schedule leave those saved amounts unchanged, preserving the terms you recorded for the engagement.
See the complete financial picture
Review totals that bring event fees together with shared assignment fees and expenses. See judging income, reimbursements, the amount payable, actual expenses, and net earnings without adding up each event yourself.
Keep the paperwork connected
Access the assignment’s invoice, add a Judge’s Report, and keep supporting documents alongside the work they belong to. Save and share the invoice as a PDF when needed.
From the initial agreement through the final paperwork, Assignments gives you one place to review the complete engagement and reach the details behind it.
