Ready for each judging day

Each event has its own details to prepare and records to keep. Events brings those details together so you can see what you’re judging, find the materials you need, and retain a useful record afterward.

Know what you’re assigned to judge

Record the event’s date, host club, sport, and event number. Select your assigned Rally or Obedience classes and enter final entry counts. Your class list stays with the event, making it easy to review your responsibilities as you prepare.

Keep event fees with the work

Record the event’s judging fee, whether it’s a flat amount, per entry, or a base fee plus additional entries. Include charges such as map printing and any expenses specific to that event. Event totals connect with the assignment’s overall financial picture, where shared travel and lodging costs are also recorded.

Have your Rally maps ready

Choose a saved map set from your Maps library and link it to the Rally event. Open the course maps and pull sheets directly from the event so your preparation materials are easy to find when you need them.

Retain your Judge’s Book sheets

Scan or import copies of your Judge’s Book sheets and keep them with the event. See which class sheets are needed based on your assignments, and return to your saved copies when reviewing past work.

Keep documents and observations together

Access related documents, add photos, and record notes in your event journal. Keep the details you may want to remember—from preparation notes to observations after judging—alongside the event itself.

Find the venue and plan your day

Save the event location, view it on a map, get directions, and add the event to your calendar. The practical details stay close to your judging information.

Open an event to focus on that day’s work, then follow its assignment link whenever you need the broader agreement, shared expenses, or invoice.
