Every judge has their own fee arrangements. Rates keeps yours together, giving you a clear starting point when planning an assignment or discussing fees with a club.

Set up the way you charge

Save judging fees per event, per day, per assignment, or per entry. If you use a base fee with an additional charge above a certain entry count, record the base amount, entries included, and rate for each extra entry. Fill in only the rates you use and leave the rest blank.

Include the additional charges

Keep fees for additional trials, cancellations, map printing, and score card printing alongside your judging rates. Having these details together helps you account for the preparation and other costs that belong in your agreement.

Save your expense defaults

Set your mileage rate and daily meal allowance so they’re ready when you add new expenses. This reduces repeated entry and keeps your usual rates consistent.

Update rates while preserving existing agreements

As your rates change, update your saved schedule for future work. Existing agreements retain their saved rates, keeping the terms you already recorded intact.
